Chateau Chic - Destination Wedding Workshop
We are excited to announce a thrilling opportunity to join us for an exclusive 3-day residential workshop at Chateau de Puissentut in South West France just outside of Toulouse, where we will be transforming the stunning wedding & beautiful venue into a mesmerising floral wonderland.
From delicate cascades of flowers suspended from above to lavish arrangements that add an air of romance and opulence, this workshop will explore the art of making a lasting impression with floral designs for weddings and events.
You will learn the practicalities of creating designs at height, using sustainable techniques, pitching to clients depending on locations and budgets, working with colour in a large space, embracing seasonality for best results plus plenty of floristry chat and meeting like minded industry folks in a relaxed environment. A professional photographer will be there to capture the results of all our creativity, these images can be used for your portfolio.
The workshop will be run over 3 days and during this time we will have a day focused on bridal bouquets, create a hanging floral installation, floral meadows, drama filled table scapes and luxury styling touches.
The residential will run from late afternoon Thursday 19th September until lunch time Monday 23rd September 2024 and includes:
- Accommodation Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday night
- Relaxed dining Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Celebration dinner Sunday evening with cocktails & questions with Amy from Leafy Couture South Yorkshire
- Morning Yoga sessions to prepare body and mind for the day ahead
- Breakfast Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday morning
- Lunch Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
- All flowers, tools and materials
- Portfolio of professional photography images to use
Places are limited to 14. Minimum numbers are required for this event to go ahead. Cost is £1800 per person. A £200 non refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
